Clean rooms

An enclosed area with control over the cleanliness of the environment within the area, constructed with steel insulated partitioning panels.

Operation
A clean room operates by re-circulating the air through the appropriate filters 20 or more times each hour. On each pass the air is filtered to remove the dirt and dust particles.
The room is usually at a positive pressure over the surrounding area.
The performance of the filters is monitored to ensure a consistent performance.
As the room is a closed environment, the air is conditioned to control temperature and if required humidity.
Fresh air is introduced to suit operating requirements.
An Environmental room operates in the same manner with a higher level of control over temperature and humidity.
The entrance to the room is through a lobby using insulated doors sitting within sealed frames.
We will design and build a solution to the client requirement.
